As Forbes reports, an algorithm for finding the perfect small city for working parents includes factors such as; affordability, manageable commute times, and great school options.
Out of the top ten, Tennessee has strong representation--with Brentwood, Tennessee topping the entire list. But, closer to home, Germantown certainly makes the list, coming in at number 7 in the nation.
