archer>malmo continues growth with 10 new hires

archer>malmo, the locally headquartered marketing communications agency, announced 10 recent new hires this week, continuing its recent growth trend.

For the agency, no one large client or industry has been the key to their expansion over the past two years. The hires are a mostly a product of "organic growth" from all existing agency clients, says archer>malmo Account Manager Liz Hamilton.

"2014 was a banner year for growth at the agency, with more than 40 hires across agency disciplines and our second spot on the Inc. 5000. We were also named to Ad Age's Best Places to Work and the Agency Post's Top Agencies for Startups," said Russ Williams, CEO of archer>malmo. "In 2015, we will continue to focus on attracting strong marketing, creative and technology talent to the agency to serve our clients locally and across the country."

The new hires announced include Samantha Blake and Dianna Davis to the account service team; Ben Colar, Megan Schmitt and Barry Wolverton to creative; Jeff Janovetz, Madeline Otto and Jonah Westbrook to digital; Cheryl Mathis to accounting; and Lisa Hawkins to media.

As High Ground reported last year, the firm is on the forefront of digital services and has been looking more and more to expanding those offerings. To that end, they have completed physical investments in their infrastructure in Downtown's Memphis Cotton Exchange Building--including the installation of a full production studio with a sound booth and a white infinity wall for video shoots--to better equip the digital team, which has grown significantly.

"We are absolutely still investing in digital as it continues to evolve and become a part of almost every client's business. Since July 2014, we have hired 11 additional staffers in our digital department," said Hamilton.
