What's left unanswered: How can local media help you?

The Memphis Media Collaborative wants to know what questions you have that aren’t currently being answered by local or national reporting.

Memphis is reopening after staying “Safer at Home” since mid-March, but there is still a lot of uncertainty.

What are your big unknowns and most pressing concerns around health, safety, schools, jobs, or food? What else do you need to know that hasn’t been addressed? What have you seen covered that doesn’t meet your needs or speak to your experiences?

We’re here to help. Text “MEMPHIS” to 73224 and tell us what you need to feel informed. You'll receive a few questions by text. It takes three to five minutes on average, but you can give as many details as you'd like so times will vary.

The Memphis Media Collaborative is a partnership between MLK50: Justice Through Journalism, The Memphis Flyer, Chalkbeat Tennessee, and High Ground News.

We believe we can better serve the city by pooling our unique approaches, resources, and talents. We can listen more closely and go deeper into Memphians’ questions and concerns. We can include more voices and elevate those who often go unheard.

You can find each publication here:
