Cordova

Cordova began as a railroad station constructed in 1889 and has since grown to one of Memphis’ largest suburban residential and commercial districts. The Wolfchase area at its northern border is the city’s largest mall and retail center while Germantown Parkway offers miles of shopping, dining, and office space, including the region’s first IKEA. Cordova’s crowning jewel is arguably Shelby Farms Park. Recently renovated to the tune of $52M, this 3,520-acre, multi-use recreation space is the second largest urban park in the country.
