Neighborhood by design: Community design studio is space to imagine a new Heights

In September, Heights CDC purchased an old cabinet shop at 751 National Street for a new kind of community center where residents can actively redesign the surrounding street, neighborhood, and a proposed $3.5 million Heights Line bicycle-pedestrian path.
