As the result of a $10,000 state grant, GrowMemphis has forged a formal partnership with the City of Memphis Division of Parks and Neighborhoods to help grow community gardens across town.  

Construction has begun on Memphis’ first location of LYFE Kitchen, a California-based fast casual dining chain that boasts healthy fare and locally-sourced ingredients. The company will move its HQ to Memphis once the restaurants in the Chisca Hotel and the former Sharky’s are completed.

Available office space in the East Memphis submarket is nearly spent. Increased activity in class B properties and in the 385 corridor is promising.
