RISE Foundation will host its second annual gala, "An Evening of Change,"
Saturday, September 27, at the Hilton to raise funds for the foundation's ongoing work to improve the quality of life for low-income Memphians through financial literacy programs.
"RISE provides much-needed services to transform the lives of our community's most vulnerable citizens, and we must find ways to garner financial support to continue this life-changing work," says Linda Williams, President and CEO of The RISE Foundation.
"The gala is a vehicle to raise public awareness about our mission, giving people the opportunity to learn how quality of life can change for low-income families when they're given the tools and techniques to make better choices with their financial resources."
