Indie Memphis Film Festival speaks to racial tension

The 2016 Indie Memphis Film Festival is reviewed for its showing of diverse films that tackle subjects from the Civil Rights Movement to gentrification. Films like "I'm Not Your Negro", which is inspired by the works of James Baldwin, and documentary "The Invaders",  about Memphis-born Civil Rights group who fought against white supremacy laws, screened at the festival.
