The Pan Am International Flight Academy office building, located just north of the FedEx Express World Headquarters campus, may have a new future ahead. Valhalla Financial finalized the purchase of the building this week.
Valhalla Financial, a private investment firm with offices in California and New York, purchased the Property for about $4.9 million from Road Bay Investments, LLC. The space is nearly 65,000 square feet and currently houses Pan Am’s highly specialized flight simulator equipment.
Johnny Lamberson and Terry Radford, both of CB Richard Ellis Memphis, represented the seller in the transaction.
