SPUR (San Francisco Bay Area Planning and Urban Research Association) to town to share insights on the evolving fields of planning and community development. A co-founder of City Carshare and the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition, Gabriel is also the author of
Democratic by Design: How Car sharing, Co-ops, and Community Land Trusts are Reinventing America (St. Martin’s Press, 2015).
