Justice Department to review Memphis Police Department

The federal Justice Department will comprehensively review the Memphis Police Department's use of  community-oriented policing at the use of deadly force, at the request of Mayor Jim Strickland and MPD director Mike Rallings. 
The federal investigation comes after teenager Darrius Stewart was shot and killed last summer by Memphis Police Department officer Connor Schilling.
The Justice Department found insufficient evidence to charge Schilling with a civil rights violation.
